Returns and warranty policy
At Apple Traders SA, your satisfaction is our top priority. Every iPhone we sell is carefully inspected, tested, and verified for authenticity before shipping. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
🧾 Returns
You may return your device within 7 days of delivery if:
- 
The item is not as described, faulty, or damaged during shipping.
 - 
The device is returned in the same condition it was received, including all original packaging and accessories.
 
To start a return, simply contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order. Once approved, we’ll arrange collection or provide return instructions. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
Please note: Returns for change of mind or incorrect model/color selection are not accepted once the item has been shipped.
🛡️ Warranty
All our iPhones include a limited warranty covering hardware defects not caused by user damage, water exposure, or unauthorized repairs.

Brand new iPhones: 12-month manufacturer warranty.

Refurbished or pre-owned iPhones: 3-month Apple Traders warranty.
 
During the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace your device (depending on availability) at no cost to you, provided it meets the warranty conditions.
